We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Paint Inspector to join our team, ensuring the highest quality standards for painted parts and panels.

Job Details

• Permanent, full-time role
• Monday–Friday schedule: 07:30 – 16:00

Role Overview

The Automotive Paint Inspector will be responsible for inspecting painted automotive parts and panels for surface defects and quality issues. You will play a key role in maintaining the standard of finished products, identifying imperfections, and supporting production quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect painted parts and panels for defects such as:
• Dents
• High spots / low spots
• Orange peel
• Scratches in the metal or paint
• Other surface imperfections
• Check paint temperatures and ensure correct application
• Document and report defects in accordance with quality standards
• Work closely with production teams to support corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in the work area

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in automotive paint inspection or quality control
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify surface imperfections
• Understanding of paint processes and metal finishing
• Good communication skills and ability to document inspection findings
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work permanent weekday hours
